Donna Ferrall
Consultant

Donna has over 25 years experience in the franchise environment, working for two of the major fast food franchises, McDonalds and Subway. Her valuable training at restaurant level has given her important grounding in the areas of operations, management, training and field support service. Donna played an important part in the development of the Subway Franchise Support Office systems and built up the field support team almost from scratch. She also planned, prepared and delivered the training classes for the Franchisee Management and staff.

Donna has extensive event management experience from organising the Variety Bash to organising company conventions.

Donna has a passion for realising people’s potential and growth and is very much team focused. She believes in looking after the people in an organisation will ensure great long term results. Donna enjoys a challenge and likes working with people.

Donna is currently studying for her Bachelor in Business Studies at Massey University majoring in Human Resources. This gives her valuable insight to the people issues we face in business today.

Her interests include being involved in motor sport, volunteer work for Variety – the children’s charity, and spending time with friends and family.
