Pam White, BA
Consultant

Pam has over 15 years consulting experience in business process improvement and the design and development of documentation.

As a partner for many years in a consulting company, she managed process management and documentation projects for clients in a wide variety of industries. These included telecommunications, health, manufacturing, finance, insurance, information technology, retail, agricultural, transport, television, aviation and energy, amongst others.

Using this breadth of experience Pam now specialises in mapping business processes, developing training material, and writing and editing manuals. One of her particular areas of interest is the development of franchise management manuals.

She holds a Diploma in Education from the University of Waikato as well as a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Auckland and retains an interest in education. Currently, she sits on the Advisory Committee for the School of Communication at Manukau Institute of Technology and also develops and presents training courses in business process mapping and documentation writing.
