WHAT WE DO
We are management consultants concentrating on
the betterment of franchising and licensing in
general, but weighted towards assisting in the
establishment of new franchisors or furthering
the development and upgrading of existing franchise
and licence programmes.
We do not sell franchises.
However, our marketing department formulates the
strategies and creates marketing and promotional
material for use in the sale of franchises. Our
only source of income is the specialised franchise
information and know-how that we provide.
We do not receive
any sales commissions or income from other organisations'
products or services. This enables us to be totally
client focused, with the capacity to be objective
and to honestly evaluate and recommend in the
true interests of the client.

Our systematic 'Project
Control' allows complete accountability, from

tracking, reporting timetables and work completion.
